JACK DANIEL'S milk chocolate?

saw this at GK super market near pujut roundabout....
it's a milk chocolate with jack daniel's whiskey syrup at the center....
judging from the price.....it must be damn delicious....

i dont know about the specific name of these mushrooms.but they sure are really delicious when cooked.with the price at RM2 per plate,it's not really expensive.hope that anyone can tell me about the name of this mushrooms.
